Producteur, scénariste et réalisateur spécialisé dans les comédies, on doit notammant à Clifton Ko la série des Happy Ghost, des All's Well, Ends Well, des It's A Mad World et le très réussi Chicken And Duck Talk passé sur ARTE.
Clifton Ko est également un grand ami de Raymond Wong Pak Ming avec lequel il a coécrit de nombreux scripts et de Ronny Yu avec lequel il fonda une maison de production.
