Police Inspector Chi Man finds himself treading on dangerous grounds by having a relationship with Sister Kinsiu, leader of Hong Kong's biggest triad. Chi Man and Kinsiu are forced to break up when Chi Man is promoted. Soon after, Kinsiu is trapped in the Philippines when rival gangs want to take over her territory. Chi Man must go and rescue Kinsiu even if it means losing his job and ruining his future.
