Plot

In Hong Kong, a world trade center, the terrorists of Libya are trading weapons for diamonds from Japan's Yakuza. Police commander Walter Tso, orders to stop the barter. People plan to have the Lucky Stars to steal the diamonds and bait them to get the Libyans. But the Lucky Stars said No to their leader Kidstuff. Kidstuff has to recruit five new Lucky Stars from the force. They are Top Dog (Alan Tam) who can talk with dogs, Fatso Ken (Kenneth Cheng), green beret Lambo (Andy Lau), drummer Band Aid (Chan Yau) and the fighting Billy (Billy Lau). The Lucky Stars sneaked into to steal the diamonds but be trapped in the vault. Kidstuff asks Tso for help but finally is locked up in a mental asylum. Top Dog persuades the guard dogs to help free the trapped Lucky Stars. Then the meeting with the Libyans with the Lucky Stars posing as Japanese is started... (Joy Sales)
