Plot

Charlie Chan, detective, hired by Wu's insurance company to guard a precious Koran on exhibition: Chan, Cho Fei-fan and Ma Ju-lung have rounds of encounter on the gaming table, in the streets or in mortal combats. They come up about even. Chan and Ma form an unholy alliance. Cho gets the Koran but refuses to give it to bad man Soong. While Cho and his adopted daughter are being tortured, Chan and Ma come to their rescue. Still, Cho manages to get away with the true Koran. Does he really? Or, has they step daughter somehow double crosses him? And what is the package handed to Chan mysteriously at the railway station? (Joy Sales)
