Née le 29 octobre 1975 à Taiwan, Kelly Lam (ou Lin en mandarin) est une autre découverte de Wong Jing, toujours à la recherche de nouvelles beautés pour alimenter ses films. Kelly est toutefois parvenue à sortir du carcan du maître hongkongais du mauvais goût et a élargi sa gamme de rôles, travaillant pour Andrew Lau, Tsui Hark et Johnnie To. Il n’est pas exclu qu’elle devienne une actrice d’envergure dans le futur.
