Song Biu and his buddy Dai Ma Sing 12 years ago came to Hong Kong illegally. Song Biu is unwilling to suffer poverty and with Dai Ma Sing, co-workers Keung and Hung he rob a jewelry store and all four are sentenced to 12 years in prison. Upon his release, Song Biu heads north for a drug deal, when he guns down his partner he received the nickname Killer King from the police. Biu later meets Ng Fai, but when their collaboration at drug manufacturing failed, they break into a dispute. Biu even points a gun at Fai and ends in seven shocking murders.
