After his defeat by Ip Man, Cheung Tin Chi (Max Zhang) lives a depressing life and stays low profile. One day, he tries to save Julia, but offends Kit (Kevin Cheng), the younger brother of the most influential gangster, Sis Ha (Michelle Yeoh). While Tin Chi tries to stay out of trouble, he gets himself into a fight with a foreigner, Davidson (Dave Bautisa), the big boss in charge of the bar district. Tin Chi fights hard with the martial arts Wing Chun, and earns great respect from the neighbourhood…
